To add another product to your shopping cart click the "Continue Shopping" button.
Make sure you have the quantity you need by changing the "QTY" number if necessary. Click "Update" to recalculate the total. Please note that frames are sold INDIVIDUALLY NOT IN PAIRS unless the product title specifically says "pair".
To delete an item from the Shopping Cart click the little square check box on the far left in front of the item description to select the item, then the "Delete" button will become activee. Click on the delete button when the item has been selected to delete it from the Shopping Cart.
Returns, Refunds and Rural Delivery Fee Policy
Any of our blank frames or pre-printed stock products (like fun frames) can be returned for a refund less the shipping cost and $5 restocking fee.
Custom made frames can only be returned for replacement if the finished product is substantially different to the proof or the product is faulty.
In the very rare event that our product is damaged in transit we will help you to claim for the damage from the carrier. Claims should be notified within one business day of being received to avoid the carrier denying the claim.
Where you acquire goods or services from us for the purpose of your business, by placing an order you agree that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act which would otherwise apply to the supply by us of any of our goods or services to you, do not apply.
If a Rural Delivery address is given but the location selection is not a rural option the Rural Delivery Fee of $4 will not be automatically added in the checkout process. In this situation we reserve the right to charge this fee manually without further notification to you before the order is dispatched. Our Rural Delivery contractors rely on this fee as part of their income to provide us with the excellent service we receive in rural New Zealand. If we don't put a rural delivery ticket on your item we are billed $10 by the carrier.
