Our Web server does NOT automatically record information regarding the domain or e-mail address of visitors to our site. Our server collects aggregate information on the pages visitors access which is used for internal review and is then discarded as it becomes out of date. If you ever receive an unwanted email from us please foward a copy of the email to us and ask to be removed from our mailing list. We don't like spam and respect your right to not receive unwanted email. We will NEVER sell, lease, lend or in any way make email addresses available to any third party. Returns / Refunds Policy

Blank license plate surrounds can be returned for a refund less the shipping cost, 5% restocking fee (minimum $5). Screen printed number plate frames can only be returned for replacement if the finished product is substantially different to the proof - for example a typo or wrong colour used - or the product is faulty. Claims for damaged product are the liability of the carrier and subject to the carrier's contract terms. You will need to contact us within one business day of receiving damaged product, provide good photos, retain damaged product and all packaging to help us submit a successful claim for you. Where you acquire goods or services from us for the purpose of your business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act which would otherwise apply to the supply by us of any of our goods or services to you, do not apply.
