This blank frame fits European sized number plates as used in Europe and available as an option in Australia and New Zealand.

The frame is screwed to the car first then the bottom of the frame is opened to insert the European sized number plate. You can put one end of the number plate in the frame and flex the plate a bit and pop the other end in. Then you slide it up a few mm into the slot in the top of the frame. The the bottom of the frame is then securely clipped shut locking the plate into the frame. Hopefully the attached photos will help make it clearer.

There is no need to drill holes in the number plate with this frame design.

The frame is made of tough and durrable ABS plastic like our other frames and has a thick coating of chrome with a mirror finish. The frame will not rust as there is no iron or steel. The frame can bend to fit the curve of your bumper.
